Board certified for over eighteen years as an orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Bayless has provided Irving and surrounding communities with a high level of orthopedic and sports medicine care.
He provides medical coverage for the MacArthur and Nimitz High School athletic teams. As a member of the Irving-Los Colinas Chamber of Commerce and other community organizations, Dr. Bayless is an integral part of the community.
He has practiced in Irving, Texas since 1999 and completing his residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. Dr. Bayless has served as Chairman of the Department of Orthopedics and President of the Baylor-Irving Hospital Medical Staff.
Dr. Bayless is a member of the Irving Orthopedics and Sports Medicine practice. This practice is comprised of other surgeons, spine specialists, therapists, and other medical professionals. Everything from ambulatory surgery to physician office visits is available on the medical campus.
Dr. Bayless enjoys spending time with his wife and family traveling, hunting, and enjoying many of the activities the Dallas Metroplex has to offer.
